MoCA\CT is located in the charming coastal town of Westport, CT, just an hour and a half north of New York City. Visitors can explore contemporary art, enjoy our two-acre Sculpture Garden, and take in the nearby restaurants, shops, and scenic shoreline. MoCA\CT offers a welcoming space for all to experience creativity and inspiration.

How to Get Here

By Train from NYC

If traveling by Metro-North, disembark at Westport Station (1 Railroad Place). From there, MoCA\CT is a convenient 3.8-mile ride, and we recommend using a public ride service such as Uber or Lyft for the quickest and most direct route to the museum.

By Car

MoCA\CT is an easy drive from major metropolitan areas—about 1.5 hours from New York City, 2.5 hours from Hartford, and 3 hours from Boston. The museum is conveniently reached via I-95 or the Merritt Parkway (Route 15), with simple local access from Exit 42 off the Parkway or Exit 18 off I-95. Free on-site parking is available.
